Before scheduling online to better serve you and others, please call or text us to schedule if any of the following apply, so we can allow time for an exam if needed.

  • Your condition is due to a NEW car accident
  • It has been over 10 days since your last visit, and you’d like to bill your insurance
  • You are switching from maintenance to insurance
  • It has been a year or more since your last visit
