Private Pay or Cash – Anyone can get chiropractic care here, if you don’t have health insurance, we accept direct payment from patients in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Credit Card – Accepting VISA, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.

Care Credit – This is an option available to anyone who would like to get financing assistance to pay for their chiropractic care at our office. If you don’t already have it, you are welcome to fill out an application, upon verification and approval of credit, a Care Credit credit card gets issued. Now you can finance your treatment here and pay off your balance to Care Credit with monthly payments.

Major Medical Insurance – Most major insurance plans are accepted at our office, and since we have a contract with them, we follow their price per service fee. Since there are so many plans and coverage vary widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.

Dr. Fulcher is currently in-network with: ASH, Aetna, Baylor Scott & White, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, United Healthcare (UHC), and WebTPA.

Auto Accidents (PIP, MedPay, Liability, Attorney) – If you have suffered injuries resulting from an automobile accident, do not wait to get treated, we are here to help you alleviate the pain and we will take care of payment directly with the car insurance or with your attorney, we take some of the stress away. Whether it was your fault or not, we can call yours and the other third-party insurance and verify coverage. We also accept LOPs (Letter of Protection) from attorneys.
